Job description:

A family business for 25 years, we are looking for a nursery sales consultant to strengthen our team during the season, with a possible move to a permanent contract if the collaboration is successful.

Your 3 key missions:

• Welcoming, advising and assisting our customers (private individuals or professionals) in their choice of plants
• Sell trees, shrubs and plants with a real sense of advice
• Ensure plant maintenance and proper operation of the watering system

But also :

• Keep the sales area clean and well-organized, ensuring proper product storage
• Answer customers’ questions about maintenance and plant selection
• Participate in the daily life of the nursery with the rest of the team

Profile required

• At least 5 years’ experience in the plant industry (nursery, horticulture, landscape, specialized garden center)
• Solid plant knowledge
• At ease with customers, able to advise and sell
• Autonomous, reliable, careful
• Long-term commitment

Conditions:

• Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract – 35 hours
• Possibility of promotion to permanent contract
• Salary: €14 to €16 gross/hour depending on experience
